I am a registered member of Fabmart for the past 14 months & am quite happy with the services offered by them. I believe they were one of the first virtual store. The site offers wide range of products at decent prices & the site is designed such that navigation is also very simple. The products are well categorized & well illustrated so that selection becomes easier.Moreover, the products offered are from reputed manufacturers.
I have bought toys, games & jwellery from the store & each transaction has been quite smooth except on one occassion when there was too much delay & the promised free gift was not sent.One area where they need to imrove is the online chatfacility they have. Though it is supposed to solve your queries online my experience is that they invariably end saying they will revert after checking.THIS MUST BE LOOKED INTO & IMPROVED UPON.
It is a well designed site offereing shopping comfort from the warmth of your home.
Recently they have even started the grocery store in Mumbai thereby expanding the area of their operation.
All in all a site worth visiting.
