I purchased my FABER chimnly solaris plus LTW60 911188023 ON 17/1/2010.
as per the instruction given I have posted the envelipe for warrant.
People told that its life time warranty.but this warranty card still now not came to my adress.
this is very poor service.
we believed their service will be good so we bought.but not send the warranty card yet.
then why they have system of getting the waranty acrd through postcard, thry can give at purchase itself.
customer caare number given 18002334595 not at all working.
please provide me solutions.giving life time warranty is not problem but should give that.
