I purchased Faber chimney with life time warranty about 7 years back from Chandigarh. Now when it stopped working and motor needs to be replaced it is astonished to hear from Mr Jasbir Singh Khaira m no 9988090008?ncharge Chandigarh office that life time warranty means 5 years( it is on recording) and refused to attend claim on this score. On confrontation he mis-behaved with my wife Even not replaced motor on payment basis.
Left with no alternative else to purchase new chimney of other company.
Feeling harassed and cursed a day when I purchased product of this company having double standard policies and unprofessional officers. Even customer care and senior officials seems to have no concern with after sales services
