I purchased Faber Hob on Feb2015. It has a issue with on burner and logged a complaint(No. 1508051465222) with Faber customer care. Service person visited couple of days after and said that he will be back with new burner within a week. He never came back, however periodically I do get calls from service center says that we are sending a person next day to resolve the issue.
After a month on first complain, I logged another complaint(No.1509221526272). Even though no solution. And I got Bangalore service Manager phone no. I called him many time, no response at all(once got message saying'Driving'). I am clueless how to get it sort this out
Pleas don't buy any Faber products. No service, Worthless.Faber, if you can't provide after sales service, please stop selling your products.
