I purchased a Faber chimney and gas stove. Company charges for installation. I was in for suprise when Faber staff came and said that he will not cut the hood of the chimney. He only did the marking and left for us to get the steel hood cut from market.
I was expecting Faber installation to be like it is done for any other products where company staff takes care of everything to install the product. Faber staff also charged extra money for MSeal which is an essential component in installation. Today, even after three visit from company staff the chimney is not fully installed.
