I have purchased faber glassy electric chimney a yea rback. When I was buying I had lot of choice in the market for 10k cookhop+chimney etc etc. But I went for faber. At that time my focus is only to get good stylish and quality product.
I rate this product and company excellent because from the day of my research to elctric chimney this company gave me so comfort and quality of service.
1) website: faberheatcraft website is uptodate and I did all R&D what type of product I want what are available etc. Almost from website itself I have decided what type of model I want. this saved me lot of time. purchase at the shop is only 15 minutes.
2) service: since I stay in blr and my new home is in hyd for me time is so precious when I visit hyd. service person told me the date and we fixed the time over phone calls and installation is complete in just 30 minutes. by the way, at the time of installation we were staying in rented home and the new home is one hour drive. but with the phone calls we managed at what time we have the installations and all so no time waste to anybody.
3) post service: After a year, we faced minor issue and again with the help of net I got the service numbers and I have called up them and got the appointment. they sent the service person promptly and he did investigated nothing was so wrong. just a minor adjustments at buttons etc. he did not charge any thing.
He told me that due to summer and heavy cooking the temperature were raised and there is auto switch off if more temperature is achieved. So there was no problem. Infact that was a feature. anyhow , he did little cleanup of buttons and went with happy smile.
I strongly suggest faber products specially glossy model.
