I feel this review is:
We have a Utopia hub from Faber which is in warrantee . Need to change the burners but they are asking for 6.5k for burner base . Burner is a whole unit not only a ring which is in warrantee. There is no direct contact to company is available on internet or anywhere else. Faber after sales looks like a scam and charges which part in under warrantee . If you have an issue with anything from Faber . Try to take up with Sunil Mehta ( head of delivery department )or Puneet Gupta (owner )from Faber . Mr . Sunil mehta’s linked in is flooded with so many complaints still they are not doing anything about after sales service . Unfortunately I am not able to reach these persons .
