I bought the FABER cooking Range, FCR 52L 4B BEG, in the month of April 2018.
Recently, while cooking one of the burners melted.
In 25 years of using Gas stoves, have never seen such a product failure.
Calls to their customer support service have been futile as no Technician has attended even after 2 days.
Calls to their resident Manager in Pune have also not resulted in any action.
Had a similar experience when had a query about the product, within a month of installing the Product.
Overall very Dis-satisfied with the Product and also their After Sales service.
Recommend NOT to BUY any FABER product, as they have NO Proper After Sales team to support a Product issue.
