My main motto in finding a hotel to stay in Chennai was that it should be near to US Visa council office, and this hotel was gem. “Fabhotel insside service” is located very close to bio metric visa office ( walk able distance) as well as US visa interview office ( within 1 km) .
This was the main intention of selecting this hotel over many other cheap as well as costly hotels nearby. Coming to pricing factor — if you are expecting a very nice bed, ac, flat TV with almost every channel, breakfast, hot water 24/7, study table, room service 24/7 at 1k per day then this is a perfect one. Room quality is nice, I will attach a picture for your references. Bed is superb, I personally felt like sleeping in air ( metaphor) . For the good conditions and the service they provided its value for money. I stayed for 3 nights 4 days and I dint feel anything wrong.
Let's talk a little cons : 1) It's difficult to find this hotel since a small board is available and this hotel is in the 3 rd floor. 2) surrounding of this is like a normal small town and don't expect a posh area feeling. 3) Breakfast is unlimited but not much variety like you might get in big hotels 4) Night food if you need then u can ask them and it cost you 150 rs per plate but unlimited roti and rice are available.
Overall I feel this hotel was worth the money and I recommend you to stay here especially if You are going Chennai for US visa purpose and want to stay in a budget hotel but good facilities. I would give rating 4 out of 5.
