Joined FIS a few months back and left it within a week. The salary is less and the training is very hard to clear. Dont know what they actually want. Hire and fire is common with fis. So if you are planning to maje a carrier in bpo, u should look at some other options.
The cab facility is HORRIBLE! 6-7 ppl in every cab. The only good thong about fis is tge cafeteria and the one side shuttle. Everything else is not even worth mentioning.!
