My son is studying in FIITJEE for 3 year class room programme. FIITJEE is a IIT-JEE coaching institute having centers spread across India. Study materials supplied are excellent. Faculties have good subject knowledge and teaching experience and are usually ex-IITians, etc. Course fees are very expensive. For 3 year program - they charge around Rs. 2.5 lakhs. They have got 2 year Integrated School Program known as Pinnacle for XI and XII std, where both School curriculum and JEE coaching will be simultaneously given. But fees is upto Rs. 4 lakhs for 2 years.
Being a premier institute, one will expect more professional approach. They do have a website https://fiitjee.com but it is usually an advertisement site detailing past successful stories. Details like Fees of programs, etc., will not be available always even though they have a FEE CALCULATOR link. They normally do not respond to e-mails and even if they do it will take minimum one week to get a reply. It is a herculean task to get connected to their phone numbers displayed in the website. Usually no one bothers to lift the phone or else it will be connected to a IVR system which will route you to nowhere.:-)
While taking admission, it was promised that class exam results, attendance, etc., will be uploaded in website under student domain. Even though they give a user id and password for students to login, for the past one year - no exam marks or attendance of students are updated in their database. We parents have to either visit the center or contact them over phone to get these things.
