Yes , it is and I fear it will be, unless of course if god helps. No doubt this great football extravaganza happening in Germany is the biggest show on the earth it’s a great display of immense quality , movement and wild celebrations which can only be replaced by a successful revolution in any nation.
But as we progress a genuine fear engulfs me this time. And that’s BRAZILIAN win , yes it is , god knows but too much of Brazil in the international football has made me a great hater of this samba team. I don’t know but time and again whenever u talk of football this same name comes again and again to haunt my ears I wanna hear some new , some fresh name. Since 1994 when this team returned to this international arena their name has become a Patthar ki lakir that can never be erased.
The thing that has irritated me the most is the luck factor which this team has had in the past. They usually get placed in one of the most easiest groups(1998-Norway , Morocco , Scotland ; 2002- Turkey , Costa Rica , China ; 2006-Japan , Croatia , Australia) and hence make it very easily to the next round where again a Nanhi Munni baby comes and the samba boys thrash them and receive undeserving comments from commentators and public “This is what World Cup is all about this is what Brazil are all about”.1994 this team faced USA in round 16 , 1998 Chile , 2002 Belgium and just have a look at their luck , this time they were about to face Italy or Czech Rep. where now they will be facing idiot blackie elephants from Ghana (who will be going there to lose and after loosing they will irritate with their stupid dancing just because they made it to the second round)
In the previous World Cup they had faced only one real challenge from England , and it took them one magic goal from Ronaldinho to surpass the English , their struggling for ball was quite visible even if England played poor defensive football. The same happened in 1998 , Norway their group team lifted their playing standard and the samba boys were seen dancing on samba tunes losing by two goals to one. Their clash with Holland took the match to the penalty shoot out and finally it was the French magic or more particularly Zidane magic that made this team stand naked in Paris like their Samba Girls.
Many people say that this nation is blessed with great footballers like Pele , Ronaldinho. But I would like to put it as a huge curse for these players to be born in Brazil. Practically speaking it is only the magic of some of these great players or the huge LUCK that has made this sambas successful. Take the present team it is only Ronaldinho and Roberto Carlos who make all the necessary moves for Brazil and helps these hungry forwards like Ronaldo , Adriano , Kaka or in past Rivaldo to score their goals.
It’s 12:15 in India and they again have a match against Jaapaani Haaka Noodles , we might see goal fest and all of you might fire at me abusing , criticizing my prejudice against Brazil. But this is what I desire , I do not want these Brazilians to win this Holy Grail again. All of you from India must be aware of d dialogue “life mein kuch nayaa hone ko mangta” now if this dialogue applies to the life then y not to the great football World Cup arre yaar there is Spain , Italy , Argentina , Portugal , England , Germany , Holland desperate to win , desperate to prove something , playing high quality football y not any one of them , again and again Brazil don’t we get fed up?????
After Ghana coming in the second round and group E the only one to be the victim of upset , I fear the luck again going to the Sambians and that will really make this WC a real flop show after such a wonderful start.
Although I hear many positive statements or predictions too (though logical or illogical) Many have predicted Italy going all the way through with their world class defense , experts have rated Argentine football at it’s best and have fancied their chances, Germany has the extra edge of being host , Portugal’s coach Scholari hates loosing , England returning back and above all Spain , the prediction of Nostradamus.

Now just think aren't we get bored if we see the same Ghisi pitti(Stereo-type) story in the movie again and again , aren't these SAAS BAHU serials turning boring and people have started shifting to comedy shows and real life stage shows , then comon how can we go on with this same Brazil again and agian , man it's too much.
All in all I can just hope for a Brazilian Loss as early in knock out stages.
