I had booked the package with Ezz holiday on Dec 2016, for Rameshwaram, Kanyakumari & Madurai. And the entire experience was smooth right from the start till the end our journey.
The easy installment payment option offer by Padma Kumari, Asst Manager Sales, was really helpful. She made our journey a memorial one.
I was able to select the hotels from the available alternatives. All the hotels had nice service, facilities. There was constant follow up from Padma everyday on our journey, thus ensuring our safety, comfort, concerns.
There was no last minute change in hotels or travel plan from Ezz holidays, they followed the same schedule which was quoted to me before booking this package. Ezz holiday stand on their words, I would recommend this holiday partner for family, couples.
The car was very clean and neat, to add on they arrange Hindi Speaking driver.
I would rate this 5 on 5 on my experience.
