A printer was bought (order number 324498).
Delivery time of 7-10 days committed after repeated emails.
No delivery was made in approx one month. Called customer care said would be delivered in 2 days multiple times for past one month.Thereafter request for refund not processed. Then fraudulent courier link provided.
Again contacted, no one has a clue whats going on. Contacted ezone management, total apathy. No one knows how to get the required information it seems. Well IMHO online shopping and customer care does not get worse than this, assuming for one second that the customer service with some nice trick on the website has not just stolen the goods - everything points to it.
