EZone at Chinchwad is the worst place to buy anything.
My experince started with purchase of a TV and DTH connection.
their salesman dont even know what products they are selling. You ask for features and they'll just handover the remote. They dont have product catalogue. They dont even know the power ratings of a given product, they dont know the packages available in a particular DTH service. Really pathetic. Their promises and commitments are just another joke... they'll never tell you the truth, they'll never keep their word. You need to have enormous patience to listen them...
When I decided to return the items and get full refund, they promised even that for the DTH equipment.. and upon arrival same story continued. They'll just keep on ignoring you. The only way to get their attention is to forget the common gentleman behaviour, give your etiquette rest, and threat them to tell the story to other customers when the store is full. The moment you do this you'll get the attention and things may move. I'm not sure how long they can be made to fall in line using the method).
In short: buying from a "Kabadi" may be a better choice than buying from eZone
