This is about Ezone in PCMC, Pune. We purchased our LG AC from there without much investigation and with full trust on such a big name like ezone. After giving full cash payment also, the AC was not delivered on the promised date. Worst - No phone call/followup from anyone including sales person of ezone. Somehow, we got it delivered after waiting in the house for 1 full day and then also the delivery was at 10 pm in the night! Installation was supposed to happen on a Wednesday. We took leave and waited at home. But, story was only to repeat. No phone call/followup from anyone including sales person of ezone
After a couple of days of continuous phone calls from our end, we got the AC installed. There was no demo given or spoken about after installation. Although, as usual salesman had promised for demo after installation. Salesman had also agreed that chosen AC had all features like auto climate control. But, we found out after installation that it did not. Note - We could not check this in the showroom since that AC was not on display.
Our only fault - completely relied on eZone's brand and information given by the eZone reps. We have been totally harassed and best of all eZone has no policy of cash back on cancelling. They only promised a credit note. But, what shall we do with a credit note of Rs. 30+ thousand.only to purchase again at eZone is to fall in another trap! So, we went ahead with insallation because we did not have any other option left out. We were told at the time of purchase that eZone will be the one point of contact for any sales/service issue.hence the advantage of purchasing through them. But, eZone gave the responsibility of the the failure to do delivery & installation in time to LG and said the delay was in their logistics dept and we should check there. How will the customer know where the problem was and why should we be concerned? That's their management.
As a customer, all I need is good service by the shop.how it is managed internally is their job!
WE ARE EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED BY EZONE'S SERVICE, SALESMAN'S KNOWLEDGE, DELIVERY.
Strongly recommend all to keep away from eZone. All you can awail of in this showroom is to see products under 1 roof.you cant even rely on info given by sales person.so be careful!
