I bought a home theater with Jamo speakers including subwoofer from e-zone Pune at Chin.

First the supplied Subwoofer was faulty and it went back.
Second I could not get the replacement for 15 days.
Third when insisted for refund the repaired item was supplied to me, when I recognized then e-zone committed to replace it in next one week.
Fourth this has passed about one and a half month and no replacement has arrived.
Fifth on requesting again and again and visiting multiple times they are not giving me the Invoice of the item I purchased, I doubt if they really cheating with Sales tax department or they did not give it intentionally to be safe from consumer court.
Sixth: E_ZONE CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER NEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE and they don’t have any e-mail address to write complaints
(I want to write many for reasons like calling me at night 10:30 PM to book the home theater. isn't it funny! otherwise we can not give you that price .(fools), I am stopping my fingers to type)
One good thing is that I am getting support from Jamo regional office.(He is trying), I am hopeful.

The person who is called manager Mr. Nair always makes false commitments.
