I bought an ipad3 4G 64GB from ezone, nagar road, Phoenix, on 30 December 2012, that night I came to know that it gives electricity shock , so I decided to replace it with an ipad4 64GB although it was 6k more expensive but I was ready to pay. Less than 24 hours I went there but they even didn't accept to change it with another ipad3!
All shops have a 24 hours total refund and 30 days - 3 months replacement/money return if purchaser is unhappy, but they even didn't accept to replace it! And when I insisted their behavior with me was like they were fooling a child! They said we are out of ipads! we don't have another one to change for you!!! even we don't have ipad4 to replace!!!
The SIM card they gave me when I bought my ipad they told me it has 1 month free 3GB internet and will be activated within 24 hours, it didn't, I called many times, they said your documents r rejected! They had not asked me to give them any document!!!.so it was rejected and gone and I have to buy another SIM card from another shop.
I wanted to meet the manager, they said he is not there! So horrible experience with this mall.I never recommend it to anybody .All these people think Indians are not worthy enough to care for them, once you buy something if it didn't work, it's all your problem.
Even in this rating I had to give one star for there was not a zero star. One star is too much for those liars and cheaters.Stay away from ezone
I have not taken any money from anybody to write this review against ezone, my name is Jubal Fernandes and I purchased an ipad3 on 30 Dec 2012 and came there on 31 Dec but you said you don't care about your customer and there is no after sell service in your terms and conditions. You can check your records
And mine is not the only review against your mall, read the others' experiences too, unfortunately I don't know how to file a complaint against you or if it works or I only waste my time.
But I keep telling everybody to stay away from your mall, even I have taken many prints of the same thing I wrote here and I am distributing it in the city. I won't stop, sit and watch
