I had a very bad experience with e zone (near Esqr) which I should share with you all. I wanted to buy an AC and exchange my fridge so I went there in the month of April'09. I finalised one LG 4 star ac and a samsung fridge then.
When I reached the cashier for making the payment I came to know that they don't have stock for that particular AC which was quite annoying (they have central information and all speaks in a different direction) then I get irritated and compromise myself with a 3 star ac from samsung as I was looking for it badly.
Then as per their scheme one of the guy told me they will deduct the desired amount for the fridge as I opt for exchange offer and I made the payment. then day after day I use to call them for the delivery of the fridge but no one gave me the exact date. after a week or so they called me and told me that particular model is not there so I have to compromise with some other version which again made me angry but again.
I had to agree since I have made the payment. again after 2-3 days thy said they don't have that model with the price I have paid so I have to pay extra 1000 bucks for the new fridge. I went there and paid the extra amount. I asked them to move my old fridge as per the scheme but I was shocked when they said they have not deduct anything for the old fridge. later I came to know that one of their staff was looking for a fridge so he lied to me. so many things happend in between but I wud say it was a horrible exp and stay away from them or handle them tactfully.
