This review is not to spread hatred against particular group/shop but it is help to the working couple like me and my wife before buying any item which needs home delivery.
Our Experience

We have bought Washing Machine from eZone recently on special offer of Akshay Tritiya. We bought it on Saturday evening. Because we both are working couple we asked delivery of washing machine on Sunday if they can. We asked If they can't then please let us know as we could not spare time during working day. Also we had planned our vacation starting from coming Thursday we asked them to arrange delivery of washing machine on Sunday and installation on Tuesday which need 48 hours as per their process.
The sales person has verified their stock and gave us commitment to deliver Washing Machine on Sunday till 4 pm and Installation on Tuesday. We paid the complete amount we assumed this is a BIG store they will stand by their commitments. But all false.
We waited till 4 pm for the washing m/c delivery. Nobody came, even no apology call. We called to the store. They told us that there is no ready stock available for the washing m/c we selected. We surprised then to whom sales person checked stock and promised the delivery. I was in shock and in anger. I insisted to delivery washing m/c next day 9 pm by that time I reach home and Installation next day. I explained them about my vacation planning. They agreed.
Story repeated again, we waited now also tried to contact store but not body responded at last they delivered Washing M/C at 11 PM with damaged packing cover. We asked them is that showroom piece then delivery boy told it is directly from godown and it is fresh piece. I accepted piece as m/c looks ok from outside. I asked them "please complete installation tomorrow on Tuesday as we have planned our vacation from Thursday and don't want to get any surprise". They promised again.
It is Thursday now to complete installation I took a day's leave, We thought It let this chapter close. But it was the beginning of the problems. The guy from IFB came for installation, but the m/c was faulty. I was furious and went to E-ZONE to take refund. I saw the demo piece of the IFB m/c which I bought was not and when I inquire with house keeping boy he told it was delivered two days back at around 10pm(i.g. to ME). When I asked for the refund the manger of the store promised me to delivery fresh m/c once I come back from my vacation.
Repeated Experience

We had faced even worse problem of delivery of our furniture bought from Home Town.
Lessons Learnt

We learnt following lession(For working people or time bound delivery of purchased item).
1) Avoid buying items from big stores like eZone which need delivery at home.
2) If you buy such items from big stores keep very good margins. You will get delivery on time if you are lucky.
3) If you buy, Have a patience to follow-up because customer is not GOD for them.
