I bought an air cooler from E-zone, Central Mall, Bellandur, Bangalore.
There was just one item left for the cooler I bought and it was on display. They told me it has just been two days it was put on display. I checked the cooler and it seemed fine. But what they delivered at my place had a lot of scratches and a big hole in the net.
I called them within five minutes of delivery and they said I can use it till morning and the cooler will be replaced the next morning. I called everyday for 4 days and nothing happened. I went the 5th day and manager, Mr. Syed said it will not replaced.
First, he did not agree that the piece was defected. Later, he agreed and said now you have used it for a day so it will not be replaced. He was damn rude and not was ready to accept his and his team's fault. His team told me to use it. He said the salesman didn't know that it cannot be changed. Maximum he was ready to change the net. But I dont know when will that happen.
Overall - Rude idiotic behaviour of manager, false promises, no communication with sales team!
