I went to buy a wireless router and a keyboard in E-Zone, Cosmos Mall @ Brookefields. Since this store is near my home, hence was my choice that to go and look through what these folks had to offer. I was appalled with the behaviour of the sales folks. Firstly, they are not cooperative, secondly, if you look at a demo and then decide to buy something else, they simply loose interest and do not even give a demo.
Still, I decided to buy since I needed both of them. Now, there is another drama while going out of the shop. Somehow at Cosmos mall, all the shops thinks that the customers are thiefs. So there is a security standing at the gate who decided to see what I have bought. The checkout is just beside the security, so the security guys can see that who is purchasing what. I dint find a reason to show the stuff. Then he came down on me and told that I cant take the things out. What right does he has to say that? Now the initial sales person and the store manager also came over and said that I cannot. I was hell bent on taking it out since I have legitimately paid for the items which I was taking out. Now since they could not do anything else to me, they obliged. Now, is this an experience one should face while buying goods worth 9-10 K?
I would suggest to avoid this store and in general avoid Cosmos Mall as a whole.
