I had ordered " Nutraj Peeled Halves Amber Walnut " but i had received " Brown Halves Walnut Kernels " this is very irritating the walnut which had received is completely different also they told me that it would be in two pieces but maximum walnut are crushed and in the form of powder. What i had ordered i am not at all happy with the delivery. Next day once i opened the Courier i immediately called your customer care department on their given number which is mentioned on your website. They told me that i have to send the photograph and all the details on whats app number +919810332329 also they told me someone would revert me with my complaint in 48 hours. After disconnecting their call i forwarded everything on the number which i was given by your customer care department. I waited for 48 hours no one replied me with my complaint . After 48 hours i called them again and every day they all say me the same thing that some one will call you in 24 hours or 48 hours.
I have been chasing you guys since one month but i am not getting any kind of response from your end. Its really frustrating and mental harassment from your end to me . I wasn't expecting this kind of behaviour from such a big and branded company like EZmall.com.
Now i hope after this email i will get assertive response From your end.
