We have made a booking for Andaman Holidays through Ezeego1. Initially I paid an advance and after their confirmation I had made the full payment total amounting to Rs. 1, 58, 320(CRM no: xxxx-xxx3910).


Even after a week after making payment there are no responses from the company - nor even automated acknowledgement.


Before making the payment there were many calls from them and their sales person said that immediately after receiving the payment a mail will be sent containing tickets and all other relevant documents.


However, not even the official receipt had been sent by them despite reminders.


I called up their customer care couple of times and despite holding for more than 30 mins, it is not connecting to the agents playing the message "all agents are busy attending to other customers".


I tried in the night. even then the same experience of waiting for long time.


It is even strange that there is no email id given for their customer service / management in their website. Nor even their address.


I even wonder the genuine thought of the company. Can any of you provide the contact nos/ email of the management of Ezzeego1 so that I can write to them.
