During November 2007 I booked 4 tickets to and fro chennai delhi. But due to some reasons I had to cancel 3 of the tickets. As of 12th March 2008 I have not received the refunds nor the cash back they promised. I humbly request all customers to be beware of this company so that they dont land in to losses like me. My total recoverables is rs 30000. Iam planning to go to consumer forum. Today they have advertised to lure customers again giving 50% discount . My sincere advise to all is dont get cheated and fall in to trap.
Their Customer service executives are poor chaps , They keep u waiting for 45 minutes with music tone and make your life miserable, with no solution or action plan. You would not be able to speak to any one in the back end team.
An amount of Rs 29988 is due to me for the past 3 months and ezeego is not bothered to refund the money inspite of my repeated requests.I have registered a complaint with them(Case ID 8639, 8241, 3122 / and query Reference Number 15708/ and 15691) and spoken to at least 20 of their customer care executives with no result.
