Booking Failed, Credit Card Charged on Ezeego1

Hi, I have booked Indigo Ticket on Ezeego I with booking for the Ref, No. EZR-2007-274937/A for Airline Indigo 6E 302 from Hyderabad to New Delhi of 01.11.2007.


During the Booking, Amount from my credit card is already debited and message promted the booking failed, contact call centre.


The booking details and Online payment received details were immediately sent on my email id. and ICICI sent SMS for the same.


When contacted at Indigo Airlines counter at Airport , they mentioned that no such booking is done on my name.


To my utter surpise, the call centre number is not reachable. When it is connected, I held the line for nearly 2 hours without the executives coming to the line.


No other Telephone Numbers or address is mentioned about ezeego1. I have sent emails to them but there is no response.


Advise to readers, do not get carried away by offers made by this site and book your tickets only on authorized sites or directly the airlines site.

As per our records we have refunded the total amount paid by you.
In regards to not getting through the toll free number, the same was due to the huge response to the offers we had. However, now that we have beefed our customer service team, the same is now a thing of past.
