Would recommend Ezeego1 for your international trips as they’ve been nice to me ;-) ( as of now that is and will remain to be, well I hope they do!) .We’d booked our trip to Malaysia with them. Since our requirement was different (the locations that we wanted to go didn’t come under one single package) they provided us with a separate quote which seemed quite genuine & reasonable as compared to rest of the travel agents or even travel portals for that matter. The best part was their cash back benefit which really worked for us! Although I did have my doubts when they persuaded us by saying our booking will be done “offline” since our selected package was not in their online system. Now that scared me cuz there was no record or reference no. provided. But the executive did his best n assured me that he wud personally follow-up on our package, which he did and we got the confirmation. Our holiday was gr8 (credit goes to me because I selected n planned every details) But these ppl do beat around the bush, a lot!!! Soon after the payment they wanted some forms to be signed and sent.
These were a2 and btq forms which I was told were important and mandatory (Pretty surprising! I had never been asked to do this when I went to Thailand last year…through a different travel agent ofcourse!) Quite naturally, we initially refused to sign but they explained us well and when I checked on the same with my one of my colleagues I understood the importance. We were also promised cash back and voila. The same was credited within no time from our arrival date (we enjoyed 25% because we used gold card – now this was the best part!!).
Overall my experience wit Ezeego1 has been good and they did help me in making my trip memorable! Now I am planning to send my parents abroad and ezeego1 will be under my scanner for sure!
