I booked 2 ticked via Ezeego1.com . It took very long time to complete the transaction . It was all well till the transaction was routed to payment gateway and I completed the payment. Afterwords the site hanged for long time. Finally I got an email from the site stating that Rs. 6154 is been deducted and your reference number is blank and there was nothing in the email
I tried calling the call center after holding the call for 20 mins some one picked the phone. they took my complaint, then I requested for the reference number in the reply they said "thanking for calling us" and kept the phone.
now my money is been deducted from my credit card account and there is no response from them. Now their call center number is also coming as invalid . I have sent many emails at airlines@ezeego1.com and other email ids there is no response.
Guys Better use some better site this site is a Fraud.
