I had tried booking a ticket through ezeego1 on 20th August, 2008 and the transaction failed.
Since then I have been trying to get my money refunded and am facing umpteen mental harassments regarding the same, which has really given a very bad experience about ezeego1.
There after I sent many mails and got multiple ‘auto reply’ reference numbers like ‘74739’, ‘74775’, ‘75518’ etc.
I never got any reply to the mails. Regarding calling up customer care, every time I call up customer care from ezeego, they give me random SLAs. Some say 72 hrs, some say 24 hrs, some 48 hrs, some say 7 more working days.
It’s been almost 2 weeks now, and am yet to get any concrete answer.I am fed up of following up and calling up ezeego1 every day. All my travel plans are on hold and I am seriously considering legal action on the same. The professional ethics and integrity of people at ezeego1 are really questionable. I would severely advice people NOT to use ezeego1.!!
