Failed transaction: bitter expirience with ezeego1

I had tried booking a ticket through ezeego1 on 20th August, 2008 and the transaction failed.


Since then I have been trying to get my money refunded and am facing umpteen mental harassments regarding the same, which has really given a very bad experience about ezeego1.


There after I sent many mails and got multiple ‘auto reply’ reference numbers like ‘74739’, ‘74775’, ‘75518’ etc.


I never got any reply to the mails. Regarding calling up customer care, every time I call up customer care from ezeego, they give me random SLAs. Some say 72 hrs, some say 24 hrs, some 48 hrs, some say 7 more working days.


It’s been almost 2 weeks now, and am yet to get any concrete answer.I am fed up of following up and calling up ezeego1 every day. All my travel plans are on hold and I am seriously considering legal action on the same. The professional ethics and integrity of people at ezeego1 are really questionable. I would severely advice people NOT to use ezeego1.!!

It was indeed unfortunate that there was a delay in processing your refund. There are occasions when identification of your payment against the attempted booking involves prolonged interactions with the bank.
We are sure that you will also appreciate the importance of reversing payments against the correct transaction. However, we also understand that as a customer, you would be upset that the payment made by you gets held up without having availed of any service in return.
Your refund however has been processed and the same has been communicated to you. Kindly confirm if the amount has been credited to your account.
