I booked a ticket for my uncle for Calcutta- Guwahati sector(Booking Reference No: EZR-2007-163553/A  & Jetlite PNR no S2-JDXKJ) through the website https://ezeego1.com  on 5/10/2007. I paid though my SBI card and the amount was debited from my card immediately.


Yesterday when my uncle went for check-in, he was denied boarding by Jetlite saying that the PNR number is not a valid one. He was given one written document on this too.


I immediately tried to call the ezeego helpline(both the toll free & GSM one), but in spite of holding the line for more than an hour, nobody bothered to pick up the phone. I sent one e-mail also, but no response was received from their end.


As it was very urgent for the passenger to take the flight, he had no other option than to buy a fresh ticket from Jetlite and travel using that.


After day, I have been continuously trying to call their helpline for not less than 100 times, but could'nt be fortunate to hear a human voice. I have sent several emails to all possible email IDs of ezeego found in their website, but havn't received a single reply.


Guys, this website seems totally fraud. Jetlite officials confirmed that ezeego never made the payment to them(Jetlite) whereas they were prompt enough to debit my card.


I don't know whether I will ever get back my money. and I don't have any idea where to put legal complaints for this kind of fraud.


My request to all of you to NEVER EVER use ezeego to book a flight ticket.
