Think of the WORST travel agents in the history of mankind and you’ll definitely have a front runner in “ezeego1”


I had booked a JetLite ticket through the ezeego1 goons for my brother and sister in the New Delhi- Bangalore sector. The flight was on 19th Nov 2007 and the ticket was booked well in advance on 23rd Oct 2007. Money got debited from the credit card on the very day of booking and the booking got a confirmatory status from the ezeego1’s end. An email regarding the same was received on my email address.


My Brother and Sister reached the New Delhi Airport on 19th Nov morning, 0545 hrs, but to hear it from the JetLite crew and executives that there is no booking in their names!


Ezeego1 has a SUPPOSEDLY, SO CALLED 24x7 customer helpline which by the way is not even worth calling, for even 24 seconds of any day, during any time within a 24 hour day cycle! I was over the phone for hours together to figure out what the issue was, Only if SOME Mr. /Ms. Ezeego1 Customer Care Executive would be free to attend the call!


Surprising but True…They do NO Customer Care or Relationship work and still they are busier than an Investment Banker! God Only Would Know What These Employees Are Busy At?!


So much for the airport scene. My brother and sister weren’t allowed to take the flight! And the ezeego1 team was too busy, from early morning, that too for hours together and there was not even a single executive to take my call from the hourly long queue!


Now comes my follow up with the ezeego1 team…


When finally I was able to get in touch with some customer care executive of ezeego1, that too after about 6 hours of endless harassment, at all levels and in all possible ways, both to me and my kins then this is what I get to hear from them…


Firstly: Just a mere sorry! What else does one expect?! Hunh! At least the goons were generous enough to be sorry for their conduct! To HELL with all the inconvenience caused to you at all levels!


Secondly: Instead of arranging for another ticket for the same sector for the following day i.e. 20th Nov 2007, as was promised to me over the phone by that  executive(name not mentioned for obvious reasons, if need be I’ll drag in the names as well), they start up the full refund process that too WITHOUT my consent!


The lovely reason that they site for processing the full refund is that The JetLite Flight S2 121 for 19th Nov 2007, DEL to BLR got CANCELLED! Grossly Ignorant and Sleaziest lie right at the face of it! The flight very much departed and ALSO as per its scheduled time.


They cheat me by saying that they shall get back to me by 5 o’clock(19th Nov 2007) regarding the rescheduling details and they NEVER did that! When I tried calling them around 7 o’clock then their six sigma efficient call center would not pick up my call only! Useless Bunch of Jokers work there with the most pathetic technology in place, I guess!


This is not all! As I wrote above I received a mail on the 21st Nov 2007 stating the funniest of all reasons for the processing of refund and that being the cancellation of the mentioned flight! I paste the literature in the email:


Dear Ms. Mehta,


Please note that as the bookings done on 23rd Oct 07 for S2 121   DEL   BLR  for  19th Nov, 07 on JetLite, the flight was cancelled, so we are  refunding the whole amount back to your account within a week.

Now firstly, I am Mr. NOT Ms. and secondly, my name is Tushar Gaur not some Mr. X Mehta and this is the email that I receive! Even crazier reality is the efficiency of their systems, the system operators and the keeping of promises at ezeego1’s end! Refund did not take for more than a fortnight! Perhaps ezeego1 operates from Mars Standard Time and week there means over 15 Earth days! Crazy Bunch of MOST Inefficient Jokers! The technology users are also deadly efficient I MUST ADMIT! IDIOTS and MORONS!


This is not all, yet another cash back of Rs 700/- is pending at their end to be credited to me and it has been over TWO MONTHS for it!


Need I say anything more?!


I need some help from you all… Guide me as to how to sue them in the court of law? The harassment has been beyond the bearable and acceptable tolerable limits! The financial loss, the business loss, the mental harassment and the defamation.the list continues and I definitely will teach the lesson of their life to ezeego1!


Request to ALL: SOS rather SYS(Save Your Souls) from the SleazyGo1!
