This website is my biggest DISAPPOINTMENT. I ordered a wedding anniversary cake for my parent's wedding anniversary 2 days in advance, ordered sitting late night.
I got an email that order is processed, payment deducted from my bank account.and CAKE NEVER DELIVERED. I called them several times on their number:+91-8130648000, and this number is always busy, you can get hold of them to speak 1 out of 50 attempts. And everytime you will get a standard response - your order is on its way and we will update you shortly.
I spend at least 3 times more on phone calls than a cost of cake ordered
NO UPDATES HAS BEEN PROVIDED - NO RESPONSES TO EMAIL - NO RESPONSES TO COMPLAINTS.
I am truly frustrated and disappointed with such a WORST Customer Service
I request to everybody who is planning to order gift or cake from this website, to think 100 times before ordering from these people, as we order with TRUST and Confidence, and with emotions, which these people doesn't respect AT ALL.

I placed order from UK, with you vide order no DECM-1302201214 for Cake for my parent s wedding anniversary.
I am chasing your contacts nos provided, which are busy on continuous basis. I am emailing continuously, for which I got only a single standard response.
I didn t receive any delivery update, Every time I have to call from UK to your India number just to chase and know what is happening with my order. You told me that it s on way.
I don t understand why it is taking such a long time. I believe you are not delivering my order to another planet.
This level of service for both delivery and customer support is extremely frustrating and disappointing
If my order is not resolved IMMEDIATELY, I would like to have REFUND asap.
