My PAN card reached hyd a week back. But they did not deliver the card yet. I mailed customer care no response. Called the customer care number. They told me they will make arrangement for delivery but no delivery yet.
This is worst exp I every had. I suggest NSDL to use Indian Postal which is better than expressit. At least they deliver the things though there may be delays sometimes.
