Words fail me if I try to compose my review about expressit. They have the most imaginative ways to delay shipments. For a company whose business is logistics, they cannot handle the simplest stuff. I have had the bad luck of my parcels (from Amazon Global Shipping) get routed to ExpressIT.
Per the latest information I managed to obtain, 3 pairs of kids shoes are sitting at Mumbai awaiting customs clearance....for the last 4 weeks. And the best part is that ExpressIt claims it is still unaware of this. The customer service is far better at a RTO or at a corrupt govt center than at ExpressIT
As someone said, there usual stock response is- "We will ship it on Tuesday". It does not matter, which day of the week you call in and request a status update, the same "we will ship it on Tuesday" response is provided, even though they do not have any idea of the shipment status( whether it has been cleared by customs or not". I had an earlier parcel which took 2 months to process and finally reach my family member.
After the parcel was delivered, ....here is the amazing part... they sent me an email saying that their clearing agent will get the customs clearance and they will ship it by Tuesday.
LOL...How pathetic...it makes you laugh. Avoid this courier service. Spread the word...avoid this courier company.
