I was purchased on policy from Exide life Insurance, before buying this policy, sales manager has given false commitment, he tried all the three c's of the marketing strategies, I haven't read the document carefully, he said this policy is one time premium but after getting the bond of the policy I have gone through it, and I have to pay for five years as per the norms of IRDA. I asked for long term but he updated my details for short term, when I visited to the company, staff of the company behaving rudely. and agent of the company has switchoff his mobile and went off somewhere.
