ING vysa life insurance have been recruited insurance agents for there company. The process for getting recruited is we should have any degree and have to pay a fee of 2000 for training classes, in which they will teach the whole process and details in brief after training period they will conduct a exam in the exam center of the other ING branch, and they will give 100 questions the pass marks are 35 and they are simple and easy and we can easily pass in it.
The exam will be conducted for 1 hour they are multiple choice questions which are being taught in training period. After writing exam spot results will announced to them, after that every one will get the agent code and he have to choose a insurance policy for him/her or anyone in his family. After that we have to spread the benefits and make people awareness of insurance and various plans and schemes and make them join to pay a insurance and monthly you have to join atleast 10 members, the salary is 8000rs and you will get the interest form the investors you have joined. It is very risk they put more stress on us and they will ask us to join the members and it is very risky job and it is very risk work and more stress, I left the work and they force you to make policy on you. Don’t join in this job ever, I left this job.
