A total No-No
I have had a really bad experience with Exide Life Insurance. I took a policy in the year 2009 in which I would get a payout every 4th year. After completion of four years, no payment was credited from their end. Firstly their customer care is not contactable; after too many tries I could contact with one of the executives and they told me that as per their records the policy hasn’t completed 4 years.
I had to send the scan copy of my policy and then they apologized for the inconvenience and said our system wasn’t upgraded then. After follow up for more than 2 months I got my payout. After that I never enrolled again in Exide life insurance. If anybody wants to get a life insurance please go with LIC or any other
