I made nachni Bhakri after a long time. Every body in house Is so happy so that they ordered extra Nachni flour from the market. Now I will be making it very frequenly.

Potato Salad
Potatoes are a cooking saviour.This was a salad I made as a side for lunchand The addition of parsley and mint give it a very herby flavour and garlic takes the taste to another level itself.Must try and make if anyone wants to make a quick no fuss salad.
potatoes sauted:
The name sounds very weird.But believe me I really wanted to try this recipe out as it had potatoes and cheese sauce which sounds irresistably delicious.i did make it as a starter when my friends came over and they just filled their stomachs with it.the potatoes sauted in butter give it a very different flavour.
