Dear Friends, Excel soft is one of the worst ever IT industry have seen. Well this is one of the undeserved company in IT. Use less leads with out any technical skill... useless CEO.... all were sick minded.
Believe me that all of our batch were there now left the company.
Not only our batch candidates...no one would like to stay there. Worst management.. very less salary...no working culture... cheap project leads with out any managing skills....Believe me this is the only company have seen where managers doesn't use any project management tool, they never use requirement and other project related documents finally they don't know any kind of technology but they still lead the team.
Plan entire work in a single excel sheet with out any knowledge... CHEEP COMPANY..PLZ DON'T JOIN.
