They could run successfully coz they are BIG BUCKETS, n ppl who wanna survive become SMALLER BUCKETS n move their pawns.
The Experience Letter/Relieving letter does not only have spelling errors, they also have reflections of personal grudges of the manager and the employee who has received them. They leave their UNETHICAL footprints even on the Experience letter.
The next organization which hires the person might ask abt dis, but if that person is really sensible, he/she will surely judge the level of PROFESSIONALISM what these dirty A_S have.
Coming to the work environment, it's too good only for the so-called "BUCKETS/CHAMCHAS" who always pretend to work and ask other colleagues's opinions abt the higher ups and report it there with all MASALA MIRCHI, B_Y Shame on their part and their qualification. Some so-called "Team Leads" doesn't even know abt the ABCD of the nature of the job(initially who started as a 'Fresher' & became the TL for a team not more than 3 in just couple of days/months), 1 who doesn't even know to TRAIN the new comers, and finally d funniest part being, the TL doesn't wan that team to grow. One wud wonder, den what for is a TL without a team? hahahah. That TL is to BUCKET and to expand the business itseems. When one can't expand the team, rather one can't keep the team itself, how can the person expand d business is a long-time doubt
It's all up to u to join here even after looking these comments(especially of the letters, which r important for further career)
