I have registered with this company 4 months back by paying 5400/- as registration fee with an assurance of refund if I am not placed in 3 months. Since then I received 3 leads from the firm that never matches to my profile. I am IT professional and they sent me the leads of f&b and retail. All these leads were sent in evening one day before the interview. They also recommend to call for any queries but never and ever they lift the call. Though the leads were not part of my profile I have gone to the venue for attending the interview but every time I am stopped by the security or the office bearers letting me know that there is no such interview scheduled and they don't know who Exalt is. Now after 4 months I received a call from Exalt and a lady by name Poonam asking to pay additional money through Phone pay. She sent me a number that was registered by name Micheal Antony.
When I rejected paying the additional money I received the call from Exalt by name John and argued with me thay I haven't attended the interviews though I have all evidences in my mails. Finally, Poonam from exalt sent me the mail that she will nor refund the money as I haven't attended the so called FAKE interviews.
I really got a doubt and tried to find about the details and surprisingly I found hundreds of reviews on this company who duped thousands of people. Also, Tmes o India published that the High Court of Karnataka banned this organization proving this to be fake collecting 2.5 crores of money from the job aspirants. Though I haven't gone into the details after 2017 after ToI news I felt this company is still continuing their operations in the fashion and now they are fully habituated in doing this scams. Though I am writing this review out of my experience I am going to file the case and fight against this company through legal proceedings.
PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY BEFORE YOU PROCEED.
