We regularly use two of Everest's most famous masalas-Pav Bhaji Masala and Biryani Masala. Both are excellent.
The Pav Bhaji Masala gives a flavor of authentic pav bhaji and is spicy-just like pav bhajis in Maharashtra. The Biryani Masala contains whole spices along with the powder that makes the biryani very elegant. The veg biryani recipe given alongwith the Biryani masala pack is perfect, and that is the recipe we are using from the beginning.
We never considered any alternate brands, and neither did we ever need to because Everest is giving us the perfect taste consistently. Anyone using for authentic flavors in their food with good quality should buy Everest masalas.
