I hereby like to mention everest sambhar Marsala, s magic.One day the sambhar daal was cooked without this spices and tastes petty normal .But to bing authenticate south Indian flavour the next day this everest sambhar spice was added and we saw a sea change .
The taste becomes like as if I were in a south Indian hotel.This sambhar goes so pure that without curry leaves a little aroma of curry leaves riches the daal .We used cookme sambhar Marsala but Everest can make it perfect at home.this home sambhar can be savoured with rice, chapatti, Rosa or uthapam.All households can have this masala does not matter if they prepare sambhar once a week or month or frequently.It gives an aroma and colour that one can't resist his temptation of sipping it hot with or without anything as if it is the main course .
Only a little but needs to be sprinkled on the pulses and it will render a normal pulses into a sambhar daal and yummy and delectable in taste .The pleasant aroma will float heavy in the air.The meal will be heavily enjoyable .Students those who lead a hurried life, house wives, service men irrespective of age must have it at home.
