I have purchased Secutiry System of Eureka Forbes Co. from last year in the name of Vibha Tripathi, Address A-134, Vivek Vihar Phase - I, Delhi - 95. My no is 9873379134. I tusted on the name of such a big company which has such a good name in indian market. but now I totally unstaisfied by the service provided by company despite of lodging complaint on Eureka Forbes customer care.
My compalint No. is 74. None of any representative of co visited my house. Now when I am calling for stauts for the same on Ph No. 011-30262424, no one is picking phone . inspite of calling again & again on above no. I forced to share my greivances on net with a hope that mouthshut cite will help me out.
I felt that I was ditched by such a big co. I am not going to recommen any one of my contact for any product of Eureka forbes. now please give me direction what to do. It is m, y humble request to the company kinldy give me another number or send someone to my place.
