Eurovigil I SEE 400 Col 7 inch VDP Set. Review on Eurovigil

1. This is a crap product. Seems company procures dumb cheap box from China, sells at an exorbitant price of about 11k by fooling the customer through over-branding & over-hyping on social media, counts the cash and then forgets.

   
   




2. Within a few days of purchase, the product kept on malfunctioning. Its display went away way frequently. The product did not get registered on the company portal or app and the customer service does not find the product in its system. After multiple calls, begging and shouting some one came and repaired the machine.

   
   




3. After one year again I had to purchase an AMC for three years at an unreasonable price of Rs. 4.6k.

   
   




4. Whenever the machine malfunctions, it becomes a big task to lodge a service request as the product has not been registered by the company in spite of repeated complaints. They seem to have no intention of taking any responsibility for the product quality or customer service. The only intention is to sell and make money.

   
   

Please buy this product only if you do not mind getting cheated and you have lots of spare time to haggle with their so called customer care executives.
