I had bought Euro Vigil wireless security System and had it installed in my house on 30 Dec 2013. Right from the first week we have been having problem with the system. So far in 4 months it has been serviced 3 times and is again not working. The service is awful. The customer service is rude and terrible. I called 80-41149591 and they told me to call Badrinath.
When I called Badrinath he says he is not the person and call Rudresh. When we call Rudresh he says he is coming but not seen so far. I called the RM-Sales who actually conned me into buying this system. He said to call the Regional Service Manager and told me he will sms his nos. So far I havent got the SMS. Im running in circles and my system is down for the last 5 days. In fact it was rectified and reinstalled last week and after 2 days again it is down.
Imagine the callousness of this company and that too with Security systems. I had a Eurovigil manual system in my house old one and after I had a theft, I was conned into buying this new wireless system+ motion sensor system and forked out Rs. 60, 000/- . But after all this investment the system doesnt work.
What an iron. They are supposed to give us a product that should ensure peace of mind and secure our homes. Instead it is turning out to be a security failure. How can we trust them again.
Never again buy a Eureka Forbes product. Their services sucks. I plan to file a case against them in the Consumer Court.
Hope these guys atleast respond to this complaint.
