Very bad experience. They have insufficient staff and infrastructure.

The premises is too small and congested.

The first day itself no one to receive the children, no decorations to welcome kids, the school is was not cleaned at all. Ayahs have no idea of center head or franchise in charge. I asked refund on first day itself but no use. Even after a week the situation is same.

Everyday after children arrive at 8. 45 school is cleaned. Play items are laden with 1 inch thick dust outside. The center head was not available to address these issues. Through out the year, they only make money for small things also. Children are not handled properly. They are pulled around in one hand. The staff are are highly inexperienced.

The events held are totally unorganized. Even if play group children don't eat, no care is taken to feed them. Rather they complain that the child expects to be fes. Obviously 2 year olds are not independent still! The annual day was an utter waste. The children are dressed half naked. And the chief guest was talking about Indian culture and family values. They felicitated ex- staff! The costumes are forced to be purchased at high rates whereas the same can be rented out. And again on the last day we are charged additionally for the CD! How ironic! We as parents were disheartened to see our children half naked on stage and our money being wasted on event management company and other unwanted things. And last working day is one week before 31st March. We had to take corporate office intervention to make them work till last day. All schools and colleges close on 31 St March and here they make excuse of summer camp. Summer camp is should not affect regular school. Totally very bad experience. Even diapers were not changed for play group children even after nature's call. Parents found the reason the infection later on that play home is not cleaning children immediately. Please don't admit your tiny tots to this inexperienced place. Better children are at home. Also the current center head is very rude and makes faces when called or approached with any issue. And most of the time they close by 11.20 am instead of 11.30. No quality control and no one to question. Children are made addicted to watching videos in the front office when they cry!
