I had purchased this washer two years back. I have used it for 8 to 10 times.Very good performance.Then it stopped working. I took it to the service center at Forest Park, Bhubaneswar They charged 1200 rupees for the gun. After few uses it again stopped working. I contacted on 27 Mar 2018.They said the gun is defective but no stock available, may be available after a fortnight. The machine is poorly designed. Frequently goes out of order. Spares are costly and not available. Such products by a famous company brings bad name and loses the goodwill of customers.
