Dear Parents,
I am a mother of a 3 yr old. I admitted my little one at eurokids(Mumbai-Wadala branch) bcos I was also fascinated by the brand name. But for me it was a horrible experience. As it was a mid term admission, the teacher started mis-behaving from day 1. She scolded my kid and behaved as if the kid should understand that he has to adjust and should behave like all other kids which were there from last 6 months. My kid was about to fall from the staircase but luckily I supported him as I stayed back there bcos it was my kid's first day. Teachers were busy gossipping in one corner and maids were in the other. No coordinator or center head was present to keep a watch. When I asked the teacher about the same, she started shouting. When I tried to reach the coordinator, she was not available bcos she used to come when the school hours finishes and never picks up the phone.
They behaved in this manner bcos I have already deposited the fee and they are not concerned about anything else except money. When I tried to reach the Eurokids, Head Office, nobody responded. So, I decided not to send my kid anymore to Eurokids. I lost my 6 month fee and my little one has got a horrible experience.
I will never suggest anybody to send their kids to Eurokids bcos if anything goes wrong, you will get no support up the whole hierarchy. Especially, when your little ones are concerned who will hardly utter what happened to them but get scared of things.
