I had to recently move from Mumbai to Bangalore and unfortunately did not check the Mouthshut reviews of this "company" earlier. We finalised on a price for a 20-ft container since I had problems with my earlier movements in smaller trucks. There is a 3K premium for a container. I gave them the advance about one week in advance.
On the night before the actual movement was to happen, I was told that they do not a 20-ft container and they can manage a 20-ft open truck but for the same price! This was the most unprofessional thing I have seen. Since we had some rains and I wanted more security for my houshold goods, I could not compromise on this aspect.
So I was left to deal with other Movers & Packers on the night before the movement, beg them to accomodate me and had to agree to exorbitant prices that they quoted.(Please read my review on Central Movers and Packers with whom I finalised).
The only thing I can say is that they returned the advance given to them.
